What to expect

• Operational purchasing of electronic components, IT equipment, office and business supplies, workshop materials and workwear, as well as services such as insurance, rental agreements, and vehicle leasing
• Handling the entire procurement process: requirements clarification, inquiries, obtaining and comparing quotations, placing orders, and tracking delivery dates
• Maintenance and creation of supplier and item master data
• Monitoring delivery dates, quantities, and quality; resolving discrepancies with suppliers and internal departments
• Supporting the development and optimization of standardized procurement processes, templates, and ordering workflows
• Assisting in the identification of new suppliers and price negotiations within existing conditions

Your profile

• Completed commercial training, degree, or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in operational procurement
• Confident use of MS Office and practical experience with an ERP system
• Very good German language skills; good English skills are an advantage
• Structured and independent way of working
• Strong communication skills in dealing with internal departments and suppliers
• Willingness to develop further and take on responsibility within your area of work
