Project Manager (m/f/d)

ProTecBird is a young, dynamic technology company committed to species and environmental protection, particularly for birds. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Project Manager (m/f/d) who will actively shape our growth with creative ideas and strategic thinking. What to expect:

  • Responsibility for project planning and execution.
  • Leading negotiations with clients and partners.
  • Serving as the main contact for clients, authorities, and project stakeholders.
  • Monitoring and evaluating project progress and preparing reports.
  • Developing and implementing process improvements in project management.
  • Contributing to the strategic development of our project portfolio and identifying new business opportunities.

 

 

Your profile:

  • A completed technical university degree (Dipl.-Ing. / Master) or a comparable qualification.
  • Project management certification (e.g., Level D according to GPM standard) or extensive experience in applying project-related methods.
  • Several years of professional experience as a project manager, ideally in renewable energy or environmental technology.
  • Experience in leading project teams.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented thinking with the ability to manage complex projects in a structured manner.
  • Openness, assertiveness, and strong teamwork skills.
  • Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment.
